The following terms and conditions apply.

• Author retains copyright and all other rights to the poem(s).
• All Coyright information (author's name, copyright symbol, date, etc.) must remain intact and accompany poem(s).
• Client has full use of poem(s) with the following exceptions.  (1) The poem may not be claimed as the work of the client or any person other than the author/poet, (2) significant changes to the wording of the poem is prohibited (the client may request changes before a finalized version is delivered) (3) the poem may not be used for profit/gain by the client or any person other than the author/copyright owner.
• A standard poem consists of three to four stanzas.  Longer poems will incur an additional cost of $25.00 per stanza.
• Please allow at least five (5) business days for production of the poem.  You will be notified in a timely manner if your request cannot be accommodated.  Failure to submit payment at the time of request for services will delay production time. 
• Payments are non-refundable after your poem has been delivered as it is impossible to determine whether the poem was used or will be used in the future.
• Information submitted via Flowers In Ink is confidential.  Your poem will not be published on the website or in a book.  Poems featured on this site are written for the purpose of giving a sample of the author's work. 
• Author reserves the right to refuse a request for the production/sale of a poem.
